First Troop 26400 Daisy Meeting
Our first meeting of Troop 26400 will be Monday, October 24, 2011 at 2115 Castle Dr, League City. Meeting begins at 4:30 and will last about an hour.
Parent Meeting - Monday Oct. 3
You have all received an email about our first Parent Meeting which is Monday, Oct. 3 at 4:30. Location of the meeting is Brittany Bay Park Located on Fennigan St.
We will be discussing all the things that will be happening for this year in Daisy's!
Important Forms needed to be filled out and returned to the meeting:
GS Medical Form (We also need a copy of the girl's shot record and the insurance card)
scOUTDOOR Event
This year's service unit welcome event is the scOUTDOOR event at Camp Wind-a-mere on Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 2 pm- 5pm.
We will be discussing the event at the parent's meeting on Monday, Oct. 3.

Hello fellow Daisy moms!
I know it may have seemed quiet on your end of starting Daisies, but Becky and I have been busy getting ready for you all! We have attended our first leader meeting, and we took the required training early! So we are about ready to get this troop started! For those of you who are curious, our official troop number is 26400. So now I feel official!!! :0)
We have made some adjustments to our schedule. This is what appears to be happening:
Monday, October 3rd, 4:30-5:30: We will meet at Brittany Bay Park, located off Fennigan Street. This will be a "Meet and Greet" meeting for the parents and the Daisies to get acquainted with each other. The moms will have some business to take care of. We will need to discuss the year with you, so it is important that you be there if at all possible. We will also need you to fill out the attached permission slip and medical form and bring it to the meeting. It is important that we receive these 2 forms (permission slip and medical form) before we begin to participate in any Daisy activities.
Sunday, October 9th, 2:00-5:00: Scoutdoor Adventure at Camp Windamere. I know a few of you have already turned in the form to do this, but not everyone. We would love to take our Daisies on a tour of Camp Windamere! For more information, please visithttp://bayareagirlscouts.scoutlander.com/publicsite/unitcustom.aspx?UID=11884&CUSTOMID=35372 . Please mark your calendars and plan to go! We will discuss this further at the mom meeting on the 3rd!

We will meet every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. This schedule is much better since it avoids more holidays and no-school days. Please mark your calendars!
On behalf of Mrs. Becky and myself, I welcome each of you into the Daisy family! We are so excited and delighted to serve in this role as your co-leaders. Please never hesitate to contact either of us with any questions or concerns! This is going to be a fantastic year!!!!
