Hug Horse and Groom

So eight of us ventured up to Camp Misty Meadows in Conroe which was beautiful. The girls were all so excited and had a blast. They first toured the barn area and learned about how to care and feed the horses (yes the feed room smelled bad). Than we were all able to go in the pen and groom and hug three wonderful horses. Each of the girls were so kind and loving to both the horses and each other. We wrapped up having quick picnic lunch on the grounds before heading back to the Clear Lake.

Rope Runners 4/21/12

Well we finally had the Rope Runner event which was awesome. The hosting troop did a great job. The Daisies were the first group to raise and there were about 16 Daisies that raced and 6 of them were from our troop. There were also 8 awards awarded to the Daisies and we got 6 of them.  It was so much fun and so proud of all the girls.
